David Lao & Pei Chang

David Lao has an extensive background in finance, graduating with a Finance degree from California State University, Los Angeles. David has worked previously as a Real Estate Financial Consultant and is uniquely positioned to give insight from the perspective of the lenders.

With over a decade of experience, David prides himself on excellent customer service, guiding his clients through what is often the most important investment of their lives. David speaks fluent Tagalog and Hokkien (Taiwanese).

Pei Chang is a graduate of Harvard University: John F. Kennedy School of Government and UCLA. Before entering real estate, Pei’s background includes both international banking and corporate communications. He uses this expertise to ensure that all properties for sale get the maximum exposure for the highest price.

Pei is very active in the community. He is currently the President of the UCLA Rose Bowl Bruins Alumni Chapter and was previously the Vice Chairperson on the City of San Gabriel Planning Commission. He is a notary public and speaks fluent Mandarin.
